I think that people tend to focus more on what it’ll do to Renesmee. I care more about Jake.
I wanted him to have a happy ending, a normal life with a girl that he wanted. I understand that imprinting gave him that but I always felt like it was like Stephenie trying to make everything perfect in the end. Everybody had to be happy and together.
I think that Jake deserved a lot better so I’m not particularly fond of the whole imprinting idea, though I don’t think that it’s creepy. I’ve kind of grown to understand what it’s about and what it means.

If you ignore the fact that Renesmee’s face is 100% CGI and a little creepy … she is quite cute. I got past it.
Though I was relieved once Mackenzie came onto the screen. She did amazing.
